The Twin Lakes Board of Directors has approved the following:

 

Per our Bylaws and as a reminder to all residents and/or property owners, a guest cannot be given permission to fish our lakes or visit any Common Areas unaccompanied. Should this happen, they will be asked to leave. If they leave or refuse to leave, the property owner will be notified of this violation.  All guests must be accompanied by the property owner when using or visiting any of these areas.

 

Should there be a subsequent offense and the guest refuses to leave, law enforcement will be called and it will be reported as trespassing.

 

We have a beautiful neighborhood with many amenities to care for and maintain. Please be respectful of our Bylaws and Restrictive Covenants.
